A knowledgeable and friendly instructor. Facilities were all good unlike last weeks autoclave course. Keith was more than obliging and extremely helpful.

a lot to take in , but keith explained it to the point that even me who has never had anything to do with the machine could understand to the point that i would be confident doing the weekly test and gained knowledge for the annual test.
