The course was interactive which make it more interesting, I do really enjoyed the training and I acquired new skills.

Great training with the knowledge being passed in a very easy way. Flexibility with asking as many questions as we wanted and explained i na very approachable way.

The course was set out well and with the current time of Covid he was prepared with air exchanger that ran in the back ground and hand gels around the room . Also I would like to suggest that hand held tablets would be a good idea for the course to be delivery over instead of paper work and folders

Only criticism would be that more blank paper may be needed for note taking. (as someone who is new to the industry)
