Would prefer papercopy of powerpoint to make notes as we go referring back to the tablet is time consuming and distracts from what you are trying to learn. Everything was really good and I have learned a lot. thank you

Use of tablet and keyboard was not the most effective learning method for me personally. The use of a folder has advantages in which notes and highlights can be made and even tabs applied for quick access. Knowledge of the trainers was excellent..

Well presented and allowed for questioning during the course that aided learning. Course notes did not arrive in time for the courseResponse : Hi Bryan, It seem that we fell victim to Brexit red tape. The materials were 'mislaid' at customs in Belfast. A replace set of course materials were sent to site. I trust that you've now received your copy. Going forward, this sort of problem should not arise as we aim to be paperless by the summer of this year. Regards, Keith.
