The training program was good. Interaction with course managers was good with daily contacts. More understanding of the trainees professional background would greatly facilitate the course

I learnt a lot during the training. The course administrators were good and would interact with us daily.

As the aim for me is to widen my knowledge, i have learned a lot, and taking with me many queries which I need to understand in my company. There is a disappointment as I have been the only delegate in most of the program, which has missed the opportunity for learning from others.

Really amazing office with lovely people. Hospitality was great and John was a very enthusiastic and informative trainer. He asked me to set out what I wanted to achieve today and made sure I learnt what I needed to today. Thank you

Thanks for everything. The only suggestion is improving the lunch meals and types.

Provide variety in terms of food. LBTC should assist in negotiating hotel rates for participants. Visits to interesting and educational sites should be included in training package. Great training experience with Salma. Thank you.

1. Food quality and variety of offerings was an area of improvement. 2. LBTC should look at reducing paper wastage on flip charts. Perhaps, a digital whiteboard or something like that to be more eco-friendly. 3. Email accounts for pre-training and during it may be different. 4. Idea of eliminating paper handouts and giving iPads is brilliant (both from an efficiency as well as logistic convenience perspective).

Only one feedback about the food, it’s not up to level at all

The training rooms were good, the service team very accommodating and professional. it will be good if additional menu is added to the lunch menu and opportunity is given to the participants to eat out as a group during the programme.
