great tutor, learnt alot from our sessions and on the learning portal, i feel more confident and feel like i have broadened my English skills.

I would say overall it was informative, helpful and interactive. I haven't had many zoom meetings but I thought it was all done quite well

A massive thank you to Jane for her expert teaching and guidance throughout the course. I feel I have gained a friend in her. I do think Deere need to look at their EPA process / EPA manager as this is where the whole apprenticeship could have failed for me. A big thank you to Louise as well with her help with EPA prep

Everything excellent until EPA manager took over. After a formal complaint all was resolved with a new EPA manager
