I would like to express my sincere gratitude to my Level 7 tutor, Louise, for her exceptional guidance, encouragement, and dedication throughout my studies. Her knowledge, patience, and ability to challenge me to think critically played a significant role in helping me achieve a distinction. Louise consistently provided constructive feedback and created a supportive learning environment that inspired me to perform at my best. She has been an outstanding tutor and mentor, and I am truly grateful for her commitment to my success. I would also like to thank Catherine for her support with the end point. Her calm approach helped me feel confident and reassured during the final stages, and I am very appreciative of her help. I would also like to thank Deere for providing such a high standard of training and professional development. The quality of the programme, the expertise of the tutors, and the supportive learning environment made it possible for me to develop both academically and professionally. My experience with Deere has been excellent, and I would highly recommend the organisation to anyone seeking high-quality education and training. Achieving a distinction is a milestone I am proud of, and I sincerely appreciate the contribution that both Louise, Catherine, and Deere made in helping me reach this goal.

I love Jane. I look forward to my sessions, I'm excited to engage in masterclasses, and I feel like Jane's tutoring style really aligns with me personally. I'll happily share with Jane these comments even if they're anonymised. I have two neurodevelopmental conditions - Autism and ADHD, and they can pose interesting challenges when it comes to learning and education for a variety of reasons, and so far, although short, through my time working with Jane, I've never found a problem we can't solve together

Absolutely 5 star cannot recommend highly enough. The whole apprenticeship is well organised, well paced and the staff are very supportive.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my time throughout the course. A big part of this was down to Louise, when I first started the course I wanted to withdraw as I didn't think I could do it. Louise listened and has been a driving force in my development / confidence and I cannot thank her enough for getting me the end with a distinction!

I cannot speak highly enough of both the programme and, in particular, Dave Reynolds. Since beginning the apprenticeship, the knowledge, skills, and confidence I have gained have played a significant role in my professional development, culminating in my promotion to Director. Dave has been far more than a tutor; he has been an outstanding mentor, coach, and source of support throughout the journey. His depth of knowledge is exceptional, but what truly sets him apart is his patience, encouragement, and genuine commitment to helping learners succeed. He consistently went above and beyond to ensure concepts were understood, challenges were overcome, and confidence was built. His belief in his learners and his ability to bring out the best in people make him an exceptional educator. I am extremely grateful for his support and would wholeheartedly recommend both Dave and Deere Apprenticeships to anyone looking to develop as a leader.

Great apprenticeship so far, learning alot

As I have said I cannot stress the competence the tutor had she deserves a medal for her patience and understanding
