I wanted to leave positive feedback for my ILS trainer Sean. He was thoroughly professional from start to finish — knowledgeable, well-organised, and clearly experienced in delivering this type of training. His sense of humour was a real highlight. It kept the group engaged and made what can be a very high-pressure course feel far more approachable. A great balance of professionalism and personality.
