George is the best!!!!

George and Syed delivered an excellent Basic Life Support training session. They were knowledgeable, engaging, and made the session interactive and easy to follow. Their clear explanations and hands-on demonstrations really helped build confidence in performing CPR and using the defibrillator. Both trainers created a comfortable learning environment and ensured everyone understood each step. Overall, it was a very informative and well-structured session.

Tony delivered an excellent Manual Handling course. I really enjoyed the session — it was informative, engaging, and clearly presented. He explained each technique thoroughly and made sure everyone understood the correct and safe ways to handle equipment and support individuals. The practical demonstrations were especially helpful and made the learning experience enjoyable.
