Trainer was great explained information thoroughly and answered all questions. The course was inclusive. however we were not given the course materials before the course.
Instructor should ideally allow each participant time to talk and be heard and to ensure other participants do not take over and push others out
I rather recommend the facilitator to welcome all the participants to engage rather than only one particular student
Sometimes the instructions seemed muddled and unclear
