Best ILS coach so far although course not easy how it was presented and run gave me confidence in what my role was in an emergency.

Sarah was great. She made the course enjoyable and understandable. Normally there is too much focus on “nurse led” situations but she adapted it well to suit everyone. Very clear and very knowledgeable.
