Have done PILS many times in the past. Today was informative as this course was done with the updated new edition course manual. It was a good refresher, more importantly because we don't routinely have peads every day in my work area. The trainer made the course very engaging and interesting. Enjoyed it very much and looking forward to the next one. Good to have a day away from work 😀
