A great day with really interesting speakers

I don't think of this as 'training' more 'professional development'. I found it inspiring and valuable. The content was very aligned with what I know from agile software development but I liked looking at things from more of a people / HR / leadership angle

Very Good structure and content

Valuable to have time away from the day job to think and reflect and to hear about practical techniques I can try out.

some of the pre course tasks required multiple signing up to different platforms - was a little bit confusing and took time ++

The last score is no reflection of paul, i'm already well versed in this and only attended as mandatory so difficult to meet objectives.

Paul was really nice, engaging and knowledgable.

I think we were all expecting some kind of fix to report writing, here's a template, use this and off you go. It would appear that actually these things are very fluid and inter changable depending on your audience, which was really useful to discuss and realise.

All in all it was a very well led training session and I've certainly taken a few thoughts and ideas away from the experience.
