Great course, i have learnt so much about myself as a leader and now have so many tools to use and try in the future.

The facilitator is excellent, would recommend him to anyone. The core principles are strong but I do think the content is spread a bit thin over the course of 4 days. Lots of good lessons and skills but mixed in with some other content - makes it harder to remember the good bits!

As a beginner to AI, I felt that the course was perfect for my pace. DJ was interactive, and made the learning easy to follow along. I would definitely sign up to an further training.

The Facilitator was fantastic. Involved everyone in the group making sure we all kept pace with the class.

It was good that a proper introductory session as this was put together for absolute beginners. This basic education will really help.

I did learn a lot from attending the course, however I found the pace very quick in parts and felt that the course could have been delivered in an easier manner. The facilitator spoke very quickly and it was extremely difficult to keep up and hear every instruction at times. People who attended the training had to ask for parts to be repeated. When you asked for something to be repeated or explained that you had got lost through the instructions you were asked to share your screen and get advice from the facilitator or the other participants were asked to guide you. I felt pressured and uncomfortable with this method of teaching at multiple times during the training and it made me on edge on every task to keep up. I appreciated that they were trying to make sure a lot of people didn't get lost and not understand the sections but feel that there could have been a more comfortable way of delivering. We were told we could pass or speak to the facilitator privately at break times if the learning style didn't suit us but I didn't feel comfortable doing that as the facilitator could at times come across harshly. I don't think that was intentional, I think they were being assertive, strict and wanted us to learn but a slower speaking style and calmer tone would have been appreciated when learning something new. I feel I would have learnt easier without the pressure and in a calmer environment.
