The structure of alternating presentations, group work and our own personal feedback was really effective and meant that energy levels stayed high throughout the day. I was surprisingly happy to sacrifice a day of my holiday for this course.

admittedly, my expectations for this we're limited, but they were certainly exceeded. lot's of great tips on ways to coach your team, and practical tasks putting them into practice only further enforced their use

The training was engaging but too long - it is difficult to stay focused for the duration of the day, particularly when dealing with complex matters
