Great first session, lots of take homes Pace was just right. I found going in the breakout rooms was too frequent and sometime learnt more for the group chat

good to revisit these themes with a different facilitator than in previous NHSBT courses I do find it difficult to be on a call for a full day even with breakout rooms

Todays subjects have been very interesting. At times the course have felt a little intense.

I had a wonderful time today and would definitely recommend it to others!

My organisation course have explained what i was going on a bit better in advance, but perhaps I should have been more inquisitive. My sense is others in the group weren't very clued up on what the course was about either.

Very good but whole day on Zoom can be tiring

Good day spent learning together. Facilitator very knowledgeable on subject and just the right amount of listening and intetactive exetcises.

The course is really relevant for the challenges of our company and the whole team.
