Rachael did really well to make the content relatable and engaging. I always find a full day course very long as the day goes on and I did start to feel that towards the end. However, overall, I did pick up some useful info/tips.
This course was helpful because a lot of my Excel was self-taught and I can see better ways of working now
A great session and Rachael was lovely and helpful and such a good listener, it felt like a really welcoming space to talk about our own experiences and suggest ideas.

Good course but felt we did not have enough time to discuss how to deal with difficult conversations, understanding who is and is not in the room and the role of chair to take responsibility.
