Really helpfully session, the day and exercises have been really helpful not only to see how we can use liberating structures and try them out in a safe space but also think of challenges within our own working lives and start thinking about them differently and come up with solutions/actions as well as connect with those we don't usually work with.

I found the day really stimulating and engaging with lots of food for thought. It was fast paced, which was really good on one level but did not provide much room for concentration lapses or to try to access background materials while on the course (eg questionnaire reports from questionnaires completed before the day). A comment on the Conversation Café model - as a speech and language therapist I wonder if this may place undue pressure on staff with any communication impairment, or who are neurodivergent. One needs to be mindful that sometimes such difficulties can be well masked (eg someone with a history of stammering). Likewise neurodivergent staff may get very anxious awaiting their turn and as such may be unable to actively listen to others' input whilst they await their turn. Staff in this position may not have the confidence to or wish to divulge some of these difficulties.

Nice, engaging sessions and Rachael was lovely and great at interacting with us all. She also used real-life examples and applied it to our organisation, along with resources we have in our sharepoint, which was helpful :)

An excellent course. Really enjoyed it. Good pace and I liked the pre learning,

The areas of the course Ive taken the most from are the theories and articulation of Lear ship styles and practice. I would like more practical tips to build on this.

I joined the session to get an idea of Happy's training style, with a view to booking a paid course. It worked well for me - not too many slides and a good amount of discussion and interaction incl break out rooms.

My personal objectives involved the use of Word 'creatively' within the system, which included the insertion of images and text boxes. On reflection we did not cover any of this and I find the program itself rather restrictive. This is maybe my own historic use of the program and I would expect it may be achievable with more practice/alternative methods of working practice. We do tend to also use templates quite a lot. As an introduction to sharepoint it was good though.

I found the course interesting. I'm not often involved with project management, so it gave me a lot to think about.
