I as well as other participants had technical difficulties on the morning of the course, IT always lets you down, no fault of the trainer itself.

Gill was fantastic and was able to differentiate for everyone even though there were a huge range of competency and confidence levels! I am pretty tech savvy but I wasn't bored and even learnt some cool tips and tricks!

Loved this session. It answered many questions I've had on the course and how it all fits together. By bringing to life using the KSBs in a practical way made it all make sense - thank you! It's now really clear what's needed and I can now ensure I can use relevant initiatives to add to my portfolio. I'll think about the business proposal at a later stage!

Well paced - interesting conversations in the group

It is always tough hosting training online, especially when exploring people and connection but once again Happy get it right and offer lots of break out time, time for conversation and it still feels very personable. Thank you :)
