I find the training very useful; the trainer took time to explain the process very well and gave examples and make me try/ perform the processes myself to ensure I understand it too.

A great session by Sal. She was engaging throughout and went at a great pace for the group. I enjoyed the way she shared screens/controls with different people to ensure we all could have a proactive session.

Quite a quick session, felt like quick fire learning. Good information though and it feels beneficial to have learnt new ways of working.

Too much for an hour and a half. We raced through a lot; I think this course could have been extended to two sessions. I couldn't keep up but didn't want to slow everyone else down by saying anything. Ebe was great; I admitted I was struggling towards the end and she was willing to 'stay behind after class' with me to help.

Lovely session with Jo and the team. really fun way to end the week.

Adapted at the 11th hour - and in spite of this was perfectly pitched and really valuable.
