I have enjoyed this course today it has been very informative and easy to understand, it has been clear and concise and well presented

The course was brilliant, really informative and the structure broke down the course into easy to understand bitesize pieces of information. The only comment I would make against the pace is that i would have preferred a shorter lunch (half hour/45 minutes) as opposed to 90 minutes which would result in an earlier finish.
I felt the content was useful and helpful however the pace was a bit slow for me. I found being constantly asked to raise and lower my hand in Teams to indicate various things throughout the course a bit distracting.
i learned a lot from the session and have now got a lot of tools and tricks to implement into my work day

Leanne is an excellent trainer - a very good role model. Encourages you to try new approaches and ways of thinking. Course well structured and timed for what we wanted.
I felt this 2.5 hours provided a good balance of discussion & sharing with colleagues, input, approaches & models to try out, and an informal atmosphere where people felt able to share their thoughts, challenges and ideas.
