Excellent course, felt like a really balanced coverage of the two days, and covered the whole lifecycle in as much depth as would be possible in that timeframe. Loads of useful resources and models, consistent but not overbearing amount and types of participation encouraged too which was useful to provide my own answers but often more so to hear other peoples experiences, especially as they are within the same business.

Amazing course, the best training I've done so far! Taught very well and exercises are very well organised. Interactive but without any awkwardness! The short breaks help, time went by so quickly during this course. Would defintely recommend and attend other Happy courses again :)
