I was full engaged and understood and following the tutor.
The training was well paced and adjusted to how the group was finding it, rather than the set agenda. Serena took time and effort to show us ideas and possibilities based on potential reports we discussed.
Was really pleased with this training. I had doubts about whether another round of project management training would be useful, but the content was really different to previous courses and much more useful. Will be taking away a lot of the material provided.
I wish we had more real and specific examples to illustrate the points.
I'm very pleased I attended the training. Although I have had to find my own way around the new site up until now its really useful to now have the tools to make navigating around the site so much easier. Thank you.

Serena was an outstanding trainer who covered an incredible amount over the two days of training. She seamlessly tailored the training to each learner's level and set the rest of the learners off on independent, more challenging tasks, when needed. She was encouraging and supportive while also offering stretch and challenge to each learner. She also offered extra one-to-one time with her during breaks and lunchtimes if wanted. I learnt more than I thought possible in the two days. Thanks so much Serena!
