I didn't really know what to expect but have learned a lot that will be useful for the future, it will help me to understand behaviours. The course was run at a really good pace and the facilitator made us feel comfortable to contribute and is clearly very knowledgeable. The use of technology i.e. jam boards and breakout rooms was flawless

I think it's a bit early to answer some of the above, for example, only being one day in, it's hard to gauge how much I'd recommend Happy going forward. Overall the course was presented well, Maureen has an energy to keep you engaged, so I am feeling positive. I liked the breakouts, but would like a little more group engagement also - where some of the activities are either in larger groups or speaking together in a 2-way dialogue in the main group, about a particular subject or just sharing thoughts and experiences more widely.

I feel that the course is well-paced and that there are lots of opportunities to interact and engage with others on the course and also a variety of people. Sometimes I don't get on well with people and if you get to be put together with the same people all the time, I am unable to develop or grow in that setting and I feel frustrated with this, but it was good today, as we changed groups all the time. It made me feel inspired to contribute and engage.

As this is the first day of the training, I feel this is the type of course I would like to be on, the facilitators. are knowledgably and inspiring.

Reinforces the coaching methods. Good to have a structure to hang things on.

Another great course, with good content and useful videos too help understand the overall reasons to introduce coaching into our organisation.

It was obvious that there was a clear structure to the session but also enough flexibility for the group to ask specific questions/seek additional clarity where necessary.

The training delivered by Pat was amazing! He was a great trainer and the course exceeded my expectations.
