I was feeling a little apprehensive about doing the apprenticeship, however, after the Induction I'm feeling excited.
Knowledgeable trainer, who was patient and had good personal skills, able to adapt to the students as the course progressed.
Really enjoyed the session, tutor friendly and helpful. Never felt rushed.
The tutor is very knowledgeable, the course could break down into for details in relation to Functions. How to use IF, And, Or logical functions.

The only issues were technical, but Sarah was good at dealing with them.
I felt the course was good, providing some useful advice and strategies to try to implement in my own management approach. The balance between theory and practice was good, with role-playing and discussion allowing us to practice some of the ideas presented.
I thought it was a great start. Sarah in excellent and really made it feel much more manageable and helped bring some perspective and calm to something that could easily have felt very overwhelming.
Really great course. Made me really think about myself, my colleagues and the company.
