Really enjoyed the session, Rachael was an engaging and animated facilitator. She discussed a range of topics, approaches and was able to engage the whole room in the activities.
Brilliant - so engaging, no faff or wasted time, jumped from activity to activity which kept me engaged. Also loved the use of the chat rather than speaking verbally

Absolutely loved the session. Definitely made me more aware of my own behaviours and the need to listen to others and allow sharing of ideas. Gave me some really valuable tools to use with my own team.
A little too fast for me, there is a lot to digest and take away. Also what brief did the trainer have before today, our organisation struggles with change and new initiatives.
This was very thought provoking and I am excited to try some of the liberating structures, I will also download the app! Thank you Henry :)
