Being the person who commissioned the training I'm in awe of Christine's ability to train this very complex course given the specific UNISON set up. It's clear it's a very packed course, especially if delegates need more hand-holding and explanations but Christine managed it with aplomb!
I have to be honest; I was not looking forward to the training, but I thoroughly enjoyed it. I feel that I gained a lot of insight into my management style and how I perform and change my practice when under pressure. Also gave me an insight into the way other people work and I think this will help me in my role within a multi-agency partnership.
Very informative course, I learnt so much tutor has given me the confidence to use Excel to create all types of spreadsheets.

I'm really grateful for today's session. I have been wanting to learn more advanced Excel techniques for some time to use at work and now I've finally met that objective. Sal was an excellent trainer and was good at getting the learners involved. She was also very helpful when I got stuck.
Gill was very friendly and interacted really well with everyone, felt comfortable with her and she made the Excel training easy to understand. Told a colleague and she will be booking to go on the Excel training soon.

Rachael is an engaging facilitator where she captivated us by asking empowering and insightful questions. She engaged us in interesting group conversations. She also expressed some vulnerability (example of childhood experience) which made everyone else in the room feel psychologically safe and keen to engage. I really liked Rachel's kindness and gentleness. She has a calming aura and I enjoyed spending the day with her.
