Overall quite pleasantly surprised as I was thinking it might be too easy for me but I did learn a few new things so very happy and pleased. Pat was lovely also and very patient.
The course and content was well delivered at a steady pace and questions were welcomed, especially from those who were experiencing issues. We were the pilot region and I feel this course would have been really good had we had it earlier, as a lot of the content I already knew. However, with training you always learn something and the edit in excel was something I did not know about.
Wasn’t sure what to expect. Very good course. Helpful and got me thinking for future conversations.
Another great session, enjoyable and informative as with the last few sessions.
I thought this was an excellent course and I got a lot from it, I do think it helped not having a lot of other delegates on it as Christine was able to give more 1 on 1 learning
Another very good course delivered by Gill. She's a very informed and engaging tutor
It is a training that brings something new to each session with tools that can be easily put into practice.
Very useful clues offered. Excellent interaction
