This morning there was too much talking on theoretical on the same thing and then not enough time for the exercise work. But the balance in the afternoon was much better

I didn't know what to expect and its not a subject I've ever actually put much thought into - hence why I do struggle with resilience. You don't know where to find the tools to build it, and this has helped me realise, I struggle because I don't know what to do. Thank you for providing this course.
