I enjoyed the session and it covered all areas I wanted and even went into the next level. Ebeji was very helpful and ensured everyone had full understanding of each of the areas covered
The venue was the most excellent out of the whole training. A good environment for learning and generous food/snacks. The course fully met my needs and it was done at a gentle pace easy to learn and absorb all the elements.

Paul was an excellent facilitator - he practiced what he preached and came across incredibly knowledgeable. The training was really interactive which was great. It was quite long, but that did allow a good pace and plenty of time for practical work.
I liked the calm nature of the facilitator with really clear instructions and good timekeeping. Explaining each section, allowing people to speak, making sure everyone was involved. Also good at answering questions and dealing with issues when a group member became emotional, or someone had a tech problem. Well paced. Took us through a clear structure, gave practical tips on how to implement this. We were also given time to reflect on what we had learnt and feed back.
