Great tutor, really patient

A really interesting and engaging session. This is the first time I have done an exercise like this, and I felt the instructor was very adept at navigating any scepticism in the room and allowing us to get into those topics most relevant to us as a team.

Though only the first of two sessions, I’m already considering my interactions with my managee and jr team with more introspection. I’m looking forward to implementing new techniques and thoughtfulness immediately.

I thoroughly enjoyed the course, they were all super friendly and Sal was a fab teacher!

Serena is an excellent instructor, I found the workshop well-paced and easy to follow, but also provided some challenging things to work through and the building blocks for creating our own report.

Good content for all learner levels. Timing and breaks were well received as online delivery can be quite tiring. Small group break out sessions were useful and long enough to allow discussion.
