Overall, a really well paced and inclusive learning experience. Facilitator Gill is always checking if each learner is getting the content and quickly able to go through points with group or individual and with good humour. The structure and content are set out in digestible amounts to absorb before moving between elements and levels. This is really helping me where I am a complete beginner with Excel.
Gill has a good speaking voice and the course was well paced. Gill invited us to ask questions at all times and she didn't mind explaining the same point several times.
