I enjoyed today's session and feel like it was a fitting end to the course. We have covered a lot of context and there have been many useful tips/tricks and ideas shared by the groups.

I have thoroughly enjoyed all of the sessions and found it a very beneficial course. Being new to leadership, i didn't know what sort of leader i would be.....so It has made me reflect on who I am, what I am capeable of and what I would like to develop. It has given me the courage and knowledge to have difficult conversations, giving clear examples whilst being compassionate

I've really enjoyed this course. It has made me understand myself as a leader and also made me question those in leadership around me. At the time I went to medical school none of this was taught but I think it is extremely important for those considering a leadership role in the future, particularly when we are faced with a challenging environment. I have already recommended it to a colleague who is due to start the course tomorrow.

Very interactive, with the ability to hold engagement at all times. Great opportunity to listen to differing experiences/strengths/challenges from other health professions. Ability to learn from such a diverse group of people.

Paul is a great facilitator - he guides the conversation but never actually talks at you. We all answer each others questions through his facilitation and he creates a humble non-judgemental environment to do so. Not to say that if you didn't ask him a direct question that he wouldn't answer thoroughly, because he would but it was interesting how much we learn for ourselves. The course is combo of tips and tricks vs. ideologies and concepts. There is a lot of self reflection and digging deep to find out your true leadership identity and whilst that can be quite exhausting, its where we truly were able to find our identity.

Nice, engaging sessions and Rachael was lovely and great at interacting with us all. She also used real-life examples and applied it to our organisation, along with resources we have in our sharepoint, which was helpful :)

The areas of the course Ive taken the most from are the theories and articulation of Lear ship styles and practice. I would like more practical tips to build on this.

I joined the session to get an idea of Happy's training style, with a view to booking a paid course. It worked well for me - not too many slides and a good amount of discussion and interaction incl break out rooms.
