Facilitator was engaging and responsive. Overall course was useful and brought in real life example to help contextualise. The venue was great, providing lunch, snacks and refreshments. It was a thoroughly enjoyable and useful day!

A safe space to explore with others

Felt that it was a good pace and Sal was very clear in her instructions

The time between the two sessions was only a day, that being the fault of our organisation, but I feel that Happy can also stress when being booked that they expect the class to submit work. Tuesday being our busiest day of the week, within the busiest month of the year left me no time to improve my presentation - our output was not impressed upon us by our organisation, I think highlighting that in advance would be more beneficial.

Paul put on a really good session. Made visio a lot simpler than it initially looks. Feel very confident in being able to use it effectively.
