The booklet doesn't quite follow the lesson plan in terms of content Vs slides.
I found useful to discuss techniques and tools to improve our conversation.

Very good, talked through the tasks and then gave us a practical so we could see how this would work on the system. We we able to produce cases and make changes to enable us to use the system better when we are in a live session.
Very well structured training, not too much to take in during one session with well timed breaks. Daphne was very interactive with all in the training session and was also using everyone's names which I thought was good.
