Very enjoyable day with learning and information relevant to my role

It has been a great day, very insightful with great group interaction. Really enjoyed learning more about other peoples experiences and knowledge.

very easy to follow the format of he day

Pacing of the course was just right. Good mix of breakout rooms, audio examples and simple to understand slides. Good sound, straight forward guidance/training.

Really enjoyed it and learned a lot! Just maybe more breaks as it was quite a lot to take in.

This was a fantastic course - Rachael provided me with lots of useful tips and strategies to enable me to be more assertive in the work place. She was also very sensitive to those of a more introverted nature and did not pressure people to contribute.

Rachael was a brilliant teacher. I don't think I am the normal candidate for the assertiveness training as I have no problem speaking up, but instead lack confidence in my own abilities. It was really good to learn that others also have these doubts and that generally speaking, there are no wrong answers. I've also learnt the value of active listening and the importance of giving introverted or quiet people room to speak in a group setting.
