The course was very well structured with plenty of opportunity for group work to consolidate fundamental information that was being conveyed. Rachael was an excellent facilitator and explained key concepts clearly and concisely and offered plenty of relevant examples to transform theory into practical information. Rachael was very engaging and made sure to check in on us throughout group tasks to ensure we were on track.

Great pace. Really enjoyable.

I really liked the session. Nicky is clearly a knowledgeable trainer and ran the session really well. It helped that there was a co facilitator which meant the break out rooms ran very smoothly.

Ebeji was brilliant! She put us on the spot a lot but it made my colleague and I focus really carefully and we learned loads :-)

I am so pleased with the things I can now do in documents to make them less dull and look fantastic and professional.

Rachael was a really good teacher and was very engaging. I feel much more confident moving forward and applying what I have learned when next managing projects. I would definitely recommend this course.

I was daunted by Pivot Tables and this training was fantastic. Everything was explained in such an accessible way unlike other Excel training I've had. And the rotating screen share was great - complemented my learning style completely and made sure we were all keeping up with the facilitator. <3 Sal.

I think this was a brilliant way of both exploring the issues and experiencing and trialling some solutions - modelling how to do these things well. Nicky and Susie were fab! I think we need to think about tag team presenters more in Ofwat to help out on the tech issues until we are all better
