I felt the overall session was very useful and learned different ways of navigating into the system.
Handled session well and especially timings, and changes of attendees at last minute. Very patient.
Interesting, good opportunities to interact and take part, without having to speak too much in front of a whole group. I think we all got a lot of out it and it was also good as a team building day.
The course was great and I learned a lot. A bit fast paced at times, but the trainer used the time wisely to teach as much as possible and was always happy to answer questions. This is my second Excel course with Happy and I would very much recommend them.
Very friendly trainer and the guidance was clear and well-paced. The content of the course was good for what I needed. As well as learning some new functions in Excel, I also picked up some useful handy hints. It's quite a long day - maybe splitting the course into 2 half days would be better.
This day session was excellent, well explained and informative. There was a good amount of interaction and I felt that I had lots of opportunity to practise different functions.
I really liked the course. The facilitator managed to create a relax and engaging environment where people could feel listened too and safe to share their personal experience and feelings.
