An interesting topic and concept - the course was not at all what I thought it would be but it was still interesting and thought provoking

The day was fantastic and Jo was a brilliant facilitator. She enable valuable group discussions to flow and saw the need of importance to enable these conversations. Jo was brilliant and created an emotionally safe space and supported difficult conversations that were mediated in a great way. It was incredibly insightful in particular the MBTI styles and how they were explained along wth emotional intelligence as well as the role of a Multiplier. I'm really looking forward to the remainder of the course to see our progress as a team.
