Was a jam packed session. Informative session from Femi, that helped me to better understand the benefits of D&I, and how to approach it more strategically. Enjoyed the discussions around innovations, and especially the use of the culture canvas tailored towards innovation to break down and critically evaluate how we can increase innovation in the work place. I'm looking forward to presenting my allocated modules at the final session in October. As someone who hates to fail publicly, and someone who has quietly failed to complete my assignments, I think having summaries of this kind throughout the course would be helpful... say 30 mins at the start of the next module, for each participant to revisit and present a concept that was covered in the previous session.
As it was just a taster session it felt a little bit rushed at times and that the facilitator had more that she wanted to share but we didn't have time. but overall it was a great session and I enjoyed it and felt like i learnt quite a bit
It was very pacey but the trainer was patient and really helpful
