It was very fast paced with a lot of information covered. I'm glad we were given the training manual to refer to later, as there isn't much time to pause to make notes as you go along. It was very informative, with several moments where I thought "that way is so much quicker or easier than how I was doing it before".

I really enjoyed this course and managed to stay focussed throughout. At times found it a little difficult to carry out all the tasks as i only had the one screen to work from so got a little lost watching the demos. Besides this, coped well and managed to complete and try out most of the content. Sal was lovely, patient and thorough! Thank you Karen
