Well presented and very interactive

The course was really interesting and I learnt loads. It was a little too fast paced at times, due to using a small screen and not being able to see clearly. I understand there was a lot to fit in however and it was great that you would go back and go over something.

Pace was slow at times but that was not down to the instructor but other participants. Instructor handled this really well creating a good balance in pace between faster and slower participants

great for networking would have been good to have examples based on local government use of the prinicples e.g ow a LA has used pre approval

Public sector organisations are under extreme pressure to respond to deep structural / social issues and we need to become more agile and efficient. Courses like these present some truisms (pay attention to staff) but have little impact unless tailored to our environment. I think I made the point on the day but...CONTEXT AWARE CONTENT PLEASE.
