Excellent day. The facilitator created a lovely well balanced and open environment. This just naturally encouraged us all to join in.

Fab session with lots of practical learnings to take away.

Nicky's session was informative and involving. I learnt new styles of communication and will attempt to use these in my organisation.

Helpful in terms of prioritising tasks and emails.

The course was very good and gave lots of advice and suggestions on how to run effective projects. A number of breaks were factored into the day too which was really appreciated as it's difficult to stay focused on a days training over Zoom. The use of breakout rooms was also good as it allowed us to discuss topics together.
