This was a fantastic session. The facilitator got me from where i was and moved with me at a very good pace, he was patient and enabled us to practice along the way. Thank you very much for making it interesting

1.It was a very important and useful training but the allocated time was too small. I would have preferred if the training was taught as face to face and broken into 2 sessions with assignment for practice before the next session.

Very good training but maybe would be better spilt into two as quite long to keep focused looking at screen.

I really enjoyed it and I learned more about coaching.

Good trainer, mix between interactive and presentation based bits (which was good at keeping me focused as I have ADHD). Felt like it was a good conversation between all of us. Coached on being coached

Good and engaging course, does not solve all your problems, issues and question, but again it is not meant to. Great starting point on a journey to coaching.

It was brilliant to get the team together and comfortable with being vulnerable. Nicky is a great facilitator who can adapt to the teams input and direction of the training.
