Great trainer - thorough and clear. Facilitator recognised our level and adapted the course to suit our needs. Answered questions well and was very patient. Technical difficulties to start so late off the mark - not a problem just could perhaps be avoided.

Very well done. Sessions a little too long

The content was relevant to C40's culture and rollouts. The importance of listening was demonstrated clearly and how to bring this into discussions naturally. The coaching element and useful resources was particularly helpful.

Very interesting course, made me realise how much I didn't know was available in Outlook to make life easier. Lots of tips to now implement and spend some time tidying up my inbox.

I found the course very good and useful - my only constructive comment is that 2.5 hours sessions have been a bit difficult to accommodate, leading to some staff having to miss half of the sessions.
