The trainer (Leanne Davies) was absolutely fantastic; very engaging, personable, and knowledgeable. The timings for the day were perfect with just the right amount of activities so that we could really practice and reflect of the benefits of doing them. This was a very immersive day full of trying out activities to liberate structures. I really enjoyed the training and have already recommended that this is taken up by my wider team!
