Really great training, everything was simplified and time was given to go over any mistakes. facilitator was really friendly. 1.5 hr sessions withbreaks made it ieasy to digest

I have vastly broadened my knowledge of Excel, now knowing how to produce pivot tables and charts and functions. Ebeji was absolutely fantastic and very patient with us, a great day of training.

This was a very useful course and I gained a lot of useful tools that I can use in having conversations that matter in many different contexts

Paul is a brilliant facilitator and as with all Happy courses, the day allowed for lots of personal reflection and discussion. It was great to have time to practice new ways of thinking/communicating in relation to real situations.

Kevin was absolutely fantastic and delivered an engaging and extremely useful training session relevant to our requirements. The course was broken up into easy to digest sections and the method of explaining then allowing us to put into practice worked brilliantly to help retain the knowledge. Kevin exceeded all expectations and was a perfect trainer in everyway.

Unfortunately there were some technical issues which delayed the start time but this kind of thing happens. It was evident that the attendees were confused about all the different ways that they have been able to save items over the last 3 years so there were lots of questions asked to try and make sense of the training that was being provided today. I think that whatever was in this training module will need revising unless some sort of pre -training release guidance document/flowchart can be distributed and read before hand to try and raise all staff awareness of the different software we have been using and what needs to be saved where and also what needs transferring and deleting.
