I really enjoyed the pace of the course and all of the areas that were covered about email management. It was also great to have the trainer, Ed, ask the group lots of questions to ensure that each step was relevant and if we had previous familiarity with it. Ed was really engaging and made sure to go over any steps we needed clarity on.

This is a comprehensive and useful course and helped remind me of functions that would make my inbox use more streamlined. Personally, I was looking for more tips and shortcuts on the existing functions but that might be a different course or even a bespoke session. This course was faithful to what was promised and in that respect, was very useful and appreciated!
