It's early days with the process but I have felt gently encouraged to participate. All participants were respectful, supportive and had incredibly valuable insight into the challenges faced in leadership. The tutor was relaxed and encouraging and, crucially, established a two way conversation about the topic.
I am enjoying this course very much and it is stretching my skills and knowledge
There is a lot to take in but it's very useful information. I feel like I can make a difference.
It was interesting that as a break out group we questioned something at the end and were shut down so we all felt that the space was not psychologically safe.
