A relevant topic, to understand and handle difficult persons, we come across in everyday' life. Its not work centric but can be applied in all types of difficult situations.

The course felt a little rushed at times and I would have liked to spend more times on the activities. Overall the facilitator did well to fit in the right amount of information with the time we had. I also enjoyed the interaction with the other participants and I learnt a lot from them and their experiences.

Portfolio days are a great idea, having a whole day on Zoom dedicated to getting help and focusing has gotten me so much further ahead on my assignment already.

I really liked the trainers approach to give general principles then direct the training to us doing process mapping and enabling learning through the trainer asking questions. I think I learned a lot more this way than in a more traditional training session.

Very good. Quick and informative

Excellent course with lots of great tools and tips to help increase productivity. I think it would have been helpful to know more about the course in advance so I could have managed my diary better. My week was jam packed with meetings and training sessions so I had limited time to try out the tools.

Really useful variety of tips and techniques to improve productivity.
