I attended with two hats on: as a person who may run projects in the future; and as somebody who will deliver project management. It was beneficial from both perspectives.

Compared to a previous training by Happy it was less interactive. It would have been useful if the trainer would have checked upon us doing certain tasks, to ensure everyone is following.
