Fantastic training overall! Serena was an amazing teacher, it was easy to understand her instructions, she was very clear and had the patience to answer everyone's questions. On top of that she was just a lovely person overall. The structure, flow and pace of the training was well thought out, very interactive and engaging sessions and enough breaks. I learned so much during these two days, attending this training made me more confident and will help my workflow A LOT. Thank you so much!

Excellent materials and break-out room use. Drawing people into different subsets and then reviewing together helps avoid downsides of remote learning.
