The instructor was very good - albeit a bit too quick for me, as I was a complete novice before today.

It was a wonderful time, and I enjoyed every bit of it and hope to use them more often. Please, I would recommend you record your sessions to help your trainees run over the recording as many times as they could for perfection of what they have learnt.
