This was a very engaging course, going in to details of liberating structures and how to use them practically. I would strongly recommend this course to anyone who works in an organisation with a a workforce of 5 or more. LS helps you by using tools which would make your meeting more indulging and have clearer and tangible outcomes.
an informative course given at a good pace, even with members of the group proceeding at different expertise levels. the teacher encouraged us to understand why we were doing what we were and, if we made mistakes, how to troubleshoot for ourselves.
Very helpful, really happy with the training
I thought the session was really good. Well paced and very imformative.
I enjoyed today and picked up lots of tips and ideas. It made me realise how little i knew about some of the 'add ons' like polls, jamboards etc. and I should explore further.
Facilitator did not always know answers to questions and said he hadn’t read the book or used some of the resources which was not great
I had a breakdown earlier on in my session that meant I had to take an hour out and Ebe and another member of staff did everything they could to make me feel more comfortable and did their best to integrate me back into the lesson. Ebe offered 30mins of her time to catch me up to speed and stayed engaged with me for the rest of the day.
Sal was super lovely and explained everything thoroughly
