For me the pace of learning was faster than my current ability was able to cope with. I was finding the layout of the software harder to remember where to find functions.

Well structured and run session given the time and space constraints. Facilitator was able to quickly get all participants working together despite the diversity of roles and positions in the hierarchy. Everyone given a chance to contribute
