I found this course really helpful and I learned a lot of things I didn't know previously. The length was about right for me, I was just reaching the point where I was struggling to retain the information. I look forward to putting what I have been shown into practice.
There was a lot of different functions that I didn't know where possible in Outlook, some I found really interesting and will definitely try in my day to day work day

I hadn't realised that there wouldn't be much time for formulae however we learnt things I didn't realise would be included but that would really improve my way of using excel. Good pace from the trainer and really patient.
The course was structured with clarity with examples to further support learning. The facilitator was very good in explaining content of the course and also encouraged contributions from learners.
I found the session informative and it gave me a better understanding of this area. It was also helpful having other colleagues in the session with in-house experience.
